After several weeks of stay-at-home orders in many countries, most of us architects and designers have (more or less) settled into the new reality of working from home. If you are finding yourself bored inside your four walls, with pent-up creativity bursting out of your fingertips and longing to shake up the daily quarantine routine a bit, why not enter a design competition right now?
Bustler, Archinect's sister site, has got you covered with the latest listings in our vast competitions database. In the past week alone, we have added over 40 new challenges!
One noticeable theme that stood out among the recent submissions was the concern over pandemics in general, and COVID-19 in particular, and how architects and designers can address and mitigate health threats in the future.
Here are, ordered by registration and submission due date, a few of the recently listed pandemic-focused competitions.
