Seven residential designs, from single-unit dwellings to multifamily housing, have been announced this morning as the 2020 winners of the annual AIA Housing Awards.

A five-member jury selected the victorious projects for their design excellence regarding sustainability, affordability, durability, innovation, and social impact among other aspects.

Seattle-based mwworks (they're hiring right now) stood out this year with two recognized projects in Washington.
