2020 AIA Housing Awards: a look at America's best new homes this year

Seven residential designs, from single-unit dwellings to multifamily housing, have been announced this morning as the 2020 winners of the annual AIA Housing Awards.
A five-member jury selected the victorious projects for their design excellence regarding sustainability, affordability, durability, innovation, and social impact among other aspects.
Seattle-based mwworks (they're hiring right now) stood out this year with two recognized projects in Washington.

↑ XS House in Philadelphia, PA by ISA
↑ MLK Plaza in Bronx, NY by Magnusson Architecture and Planning
Category Four: Specialized Housing
↑ PPR Residence Hall in Swarthmore, PA by DIGSAU

Is it weird my first response, favorite is the "Residence Hall" and it's not even nostalgia, as I was always off campus?
