The American Institute of Architects has revealed the winners of the 2022 Housing Awards. The 14 projects span single-family, affordable housing, and specialized housing projects, and include new construction, renovations, and restorations.

For the 2022 edition, the jury also sought to award projects which prioritized sustainability, affordability, durability, innovation, social impact, client needs, and respect for natural and built contexts.

Below, we have published the 14 winning projects. You can compare the 2022 results with previous years by reviewing our previous coverage of the awards, or by studying the projects in greater detail on the AIA website. The organization has also recently revealed the winners of the 2022 AIA Young Architects Award, details of which can be found on our dedicated coverage.
