The Ideas Forward 24H competition challenges participants to put their design skills to the test and create a proposal that responds to a specific prompt — in just 24 hours.
In relation to the persisting issues of global climate change, the 3rd edition of the 24H competition had participants create an "antarctic scientific refuge."
Proposal requirements included areas for work and observation, cooking and storing food, resting, a toilet, and the option of adding zones. The total max area of the refuge couldn't exceed 40 m2.
In the blink of an eye, the competition ended and yielded three top winners and seven honorable mentions.
