Frederick “Fritz” Steiner, the dean of the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design, has been honored with the Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture (CELA)’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Steiner, who also served as dean of the UT Austin SoA for 15 years, has taught at Arizona State University, Washington State University, and the University of Colorado at Denver during his career in academia.
