Fuelling Northern Europe’s Coffee Cravings with Architecture. Final registration deadline approaching!

By Sponsor|

Tuesday, Mar 27, 2018

Northern Europe far outstrips North America when it comes to guzzling gallons of coffee. Finland was recently announced as the world’s most caffeine-crazed country, with its citizens consuming as much as 12 kg per person each year.

Partnering with “Kremm Coffee and Gelato”, Bee Breeders are looking to fuel Northern Europe’s obsession by calling for designs for a coffee kiosk that could be easily constructed in capital cities across the continent. Submissions for The Big Tiny Coffee House Challenge should be able to be easily transported and constructed, while still having the potential to become an iconic landmark in their own right, and a welcome addition to the cityscape for the coffee lovers of Europe.

The Big Tiny Coffee House Challenge is open until April 25, 2018, with winners of the US $5,000 prize fund being announced on June 27, 2018. All winning designs will also be put forward for consideration for construction. Visit tinycoffeehouse.beebreeders.com to learn more.
