By Bustler Editors|

Tuesday, Nov 10, 2015

The d3 Natural Systems competition had another successful edition for 2015. Every year, d3 invites architects, designers, engineers, and students worldwide to submit proposals of sustainable urban strategies that could have potential applications in the future.

Scroll down for more.

First launched in 2009, the competition encourages the ongoing investigation of natural systems — whether at the microscopic or universal scale — in an effort to discover new design strategies. This year's edition concluded with three prize winners and six special mentions.

Check 'em out below.
