Zumthor selects two winners Perm XXI competition

It took the jury, led by Peter Zumthor, two days to decide how to distribute $240,000 among the winners of this ambitious museum competition in the city of Perm, Russia. Zaha Hadid came third, Bernaskoni and Velerio Olgiati had a photo finish.
