As part of the Design Competition for the Specialized Street Formation of the Haengbok-ro Alley-type Shopping District in Ujeongbu, we hereby announce the Design Competition for the Creation of the Uijeongbu Haengbok-ro Alley-type Shopping District Specialized Street

◦ Competition Title: Design Competition for the Specialized Street Formation of

the Haengbok-ro Alley-type Shopping District in Ujeongbu

◦ Competition Method : Proposal Competition

◦ Site Location : 180-11, Ujeongbu-dong, Ujeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do (internal

plaza within the Haengbok-ro alley-type shopping district)

◦ Site Area : Portion of 13,573.6㎡: 12,200㎡

◦ Facility Scale :

- Street : Haengbok-ro alley-type shopping street – approx. 19.5m width x

approx. 600m length (area approx. 12,200㎡)

- Arcade : Approx. 1,250㎡

- Kiosks: Designs may be proposed freely based on the type-specific

specifications in [Attachment 01] (area approx. 300㎡) (±5%).
