Design Competition for the Ansan Handaeap Station Shopping Street New Construction and Themed Street Development Project

As part of the Gyeonggi-do Traditional Market Innovation Model Development Project, we hereby announce the Design Competition for the Construction of the Ansan Handaeaep Station Shopping District and the Creation of a Specialized Street, as follows.

- Street-making sties: Lot 715-12: 2,002.93㎡  out of 4,840.3㎡ 

                                       Lot 716-13: 2,001.24㎡  out of 4,832.6㎡ 

                                       Total: 4,004.17㎡  out of  9,672.9㎡

- New building: Gross floor area 2,410㎡ (±5%)  

- Street-making: approx. 4,004.17㎡  

- Kiosks: Free design based on type specifications in [Attachment 01]  (approx.480㎡ in Total)(±5%)
