Design Exchange Award Winners - Architecture Commercial and Residential

The Design Exchange (DX) recently announced the 2010 winners of Canada’s National Design Exchange Awards. This nationwide competition is open to all types of professional designers and business’ across Canada working in a range of design disciplines. The awards were presented at a gala dinner on the Historic Toronto Stock Exchange at the DX on November 23, 2010. All winners are currently on display in an extensive exhibition at the Design Exchange until March 27, 2011.
Judges, Kendra Schank Smith Associate Professor at the Department of Architectural Science at Ryerson University, Principal Architects Ian MacDonald and Scott Sorli along with Architectural Critic Lisa Rochon announced the Bloor/Gladstone Branch Library Gold place recipient for Commercial Architecture and 60 Richmond East Housing Development Gold place winner for Residential Architecture.
