Winners of the 2019 International Architecture Awards have been announced!

"The International Architecture Awards are regarded internationally as the world's most important global mark of excellence, recognizing the best international architecture practices, as well as the hundreds of corporate clients, developers, state and local governments, institutions, and general contractors that produced them." 

Founded in 2005 in conjunction with The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, the Awards celebrate the world's best international architecture practices and examples of global architecture. 

With a shortlist of 350 projects, the jury selected winning projects from 41 nations. According to The Chicago Athenaeum museum president Christian Narkiewicz-Laine, "Shaping the built environment is a tough challenge for anyone, and the architects and innovators here from across the architecture market have an important role to play in transforming the way we see the world."
