The project is located in Qianwan Zone T102-0317 parcel in Nanshan district in Shenzhen, at the junction between Tinghai Avenue and Qianwan 2 RD, close to Qianwan and Menghai metro stations. This project aims to become a financial icon in the Greater Bay Area and a classic financial tower in Qianhai. The total investment of the project will be about RMB 4.856 billion (including land price).

International Urban & Architectural Design Competition for the 3rd Generation New Towns in Korea

This competition is to turn the 3rd generation new towns into futuristic ones that are job-friendly, transportation-friendly, eco-friendly and child-rearing friendly. Under the theme 'a city for co-existence and co-habitation', this competition is planned to select the best proposal for urban design ideas and implementation strategy for multi-dimensional urban and architectural space plans including a pilot project for the first village of each new town.

Cluj-Napoca Comprehensive Transplant Centre

The Order of Architects in Romania (OAR), the Transilvania Branch of the Order of Architects in Romania and the Cluj County are glad to announce the official launch of the „Cluj-Napoca Comprehensive Transplant Centre” International Design Competition. The competition seeks to select the best design solution for a Comprehensive Transplant Centre, located in the central area of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, within the University Hospital Complex.

C-re-aid is launching its first design+build competition in partnership with Jubilant Tanzania, a School and Orphanage located in the Kilimanjaro Region. This competition gives you the opportunity to work in the design and construction of a nursery school for orphans from 3 to 6 years old in Moshi rural. The main aim of this project is to create a sustainable space where kids can start their educational journey feeling like at home; a space to learn, discover, and play.

Iceland Cave Tower
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, Nov 17, 2020
Submission Deadline: Wednesday, Dec 16, 2020

The Iceland Cave Tower competition is the fourth in Bee Breeders series of architecture competitions set in Iceland, and is being run in partnership with the Landeigendur Voga ehf (landowners of Vogar farmland). For this competition, participants are tasked with creating designs for a stopping point for tourists to visit before exploring the caves. The jury is looking for designs for a viewing tower, one that can act as a landmark visible from a distance, as well as offering visitors views of the surroundings from its viewing platform.
