13 new mini residential designs selected as Tiny Home Awards 2023 winners

The presentation of the 2023 Tiny Home Awards winners has been made from TinyHouse.com, featuring some of the best new mini residential designs to hit the market in North America.

The group was led by Canada-based Fritz Tiny Homes’ Halcyon 02 design, which won in the overall Tiny House of the Year category and was joined by a People's Choice Award winner and the 2023 Builder of the Year: Tru Form Tiny. 

The remaining designs were split into ten categories. Organizers share their intent to "establish a new standard for excellence within the tiny home industry, celebrating innovation, sustainability, and creative design."

Most Out of the Ordinary: Purple Heart Manor by Acorn Tiny Homes

Creative Use of Space: Sakura by Acorn Tiny Homes

Most Traditional Design: Farina by Movable Roots

Most Family-Friendly: The Family Style by Tiny Topanga

Most Compact: Helikon by Summit Tiny Homes
