This week, the London Design Biennale 2018 begins with a series of talks and exhibitions. Its focus on global issues like sustainability and migration makes this year's theme of 'Emotional States' something that engages everyone. Other talks and screenings this week include an in-depth look at the Stirling Prize shortlist and an evening of music and food to raise funds to widen access to the profession.
