The Commercial Bank Headquarters Project is a 200-meter high tower located in Taichung city's commercial center. The building functions as the headquarters for Taichung Commercial Bank as well as accommodating a luxury hotel.

A series of ‘floating’ transparent glass boxes serve as exhibition areas, sky gardens, conferencing facilities, a ballroom, and a swimming pool, all of which are situated inside the void to give interest to the building's shape.

The rooftop terrace features a restaurant and VIP club with outdoor landscaped terrace, providing a spectacular balcony with magnificent city views.

The design concept originates from the Chinese character ‘中’ on the logo of the Taichung Commercial Bank. Rather than stacking all the structure's functions in a singular tower, the design creates two separate towers with a vertical void in the middle to connect them and house the large facilities.
