National Air and Space Museum's Student Architecture and Design Challenge

"Undergraduate and graduate architecture and design students and early-career architects are invited to participate in a design challenge in which teams of two to three participate to design an architectural element for the exterior structure of the National Air and Space Museum’s upcoming Bezos Learning Center building. The winning team will receive a one-to-three-year paid position. This is a team challenge and all entries must be comprised of teams of two or three people. Teams can consist of a mixture of design and/or architecture students, recent graduates, and professionals with experience of 5 years or less."

"Transport Company of the capital city of Prague Prague intends to build on the architectural, artistic and design values of the Prague metro. Competition dialogue launched by the Prague City Gallery has the ambition to enable the creation of a new lighting object, but also to open up the possibility of thinking about light in the metro in the wider context of the architecture and design of the luminaires themselves. The subject of the competitive dialogue is the design of new lighting in the passage that connects the two vestibules of the Florenc metro and leads from it to the bus station and the streets of Karlin. The new design will be one of the first contacts with the city for many passengers."
