2024 AISC Milek Fellowship Call for Proposals
Registration/Submission Deadline: Friday, September 15, 2023

"Research drives tomorrow’s structural steel innovations--and the American Institute of Steel Construction is looking for an outstanding researcher to receive its flagship research fellowship. Since 2004, AISC has given a promising non-tenured university faculty member the AISC Milek Fellowship (formerly the AISC Faculty Fellowship), a four-year, $50,000-per-year award."

Wege Prize 2024
Registration/Submission Deadline: Sunday, October 8, 2023

"Wege Prize, organized by Kendall College of Art and Design’s Wege Center for Sustainable Design with support from the Wege Foundation, is an annual competition that ignites game-changing solutions for the future by inspiring college/university students around the world to collaborate across institutional, disciplinary, and cultural boundaries to redesign the way economies work. Participants contend for $65,000 (USD) in total cash prizes, all while helping to show the world what the future of problem solving looks like."

Inspire Future Generations Awards 2023
Registration/Submission Deadline: Friday, October 20, 2023

"Open to practitioners, built environment professionals and the private/public sector, the IFG Awards aim to recognise people and initiatives that have been working with children and young people — helping them to engage in and advocate for a better built environment. They’re the first awards of their kind for all built environment professionals in the UK."

MacEwen Award 2024
Registration/Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 1, 2023

"Have you completed a project that has been particularly inclusive? Perhaps one that provides something extra for the community? Or one that is really sustainable and good for the planet? Any kind of project that tackles one of the pressing social, economic or environmental issues of our time? If you have, the MacEwen Award 2024 is awaiting your entry. RIBA Journal is on the lookout for the latest projects which have gone above and beyond in architecture for the common good."
