Meet the winners of the 2023 AZ Awards

Canadian architecture and design publication Azure has announced the winners of its 13th annual AZ Awards. This year's edition celebrates 26 winners, the most ever in the competition. Submissions were drawn from 53 countries and spread across 24 categories, with successful entries recognized for their excellence in innovation, aesthetics, creativity, and social and environmental responsibility. In addition to the winners, there were 41 Awards of Merit recipients.

Projects were evaluated by an international jury consisting of Marie Christine Dorner, David Fortin, Thom Fougere, Alain Gilles, Meg Graham, Peter Mabeo, Jay Osgerby, Pascale Sablan, Lawrence Scarpa, and Jerry Van Eyck. 

After a three-year hiatus, winners and finalists were celebrated in person at a festive gala in Toronto. Take a look at this year's winners below.
